The Board of Directors' regular meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Closed Session (if necessary) will begin at 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. depending on time requirements. Regular business will begin at 6:30 p.m. Special meetings are scheduled when needed. Regular meetings are held at the District’s Administration Building at 1717 East Miraloma Avenue in Placentia unless otherwise noted.
The public is invited to attend both Board and Committee meetings. To confirm meeting dates, times and locations, please view the calendar and/or contact the Executive Secretary at 714-701-3021.
If you wish to address the Board of Directors or Committee members during a meeting, you may do so during the Public Comments section of the agenda or when the item is considered. Your comments will be limited to three (3) minutes unless further time is granted by the Presiding Officer. Comments are also limited to matters within the jurisdiction of the District and no action will be taken on items not listed on the agenda.
The Board of Directors’ committee meetings are held monthly or as needed. In general, these meetings are held at the District's Administration Building unless unless otherwise noted.
