Paul R. Armstrong

Paul Armstrong has been a member of the Board since 1982. He is also YLWD's representative to ACWA/JPIA.

Mr. Armstrong retired from a career as an engineering specialist in computer hardware and software design. He is a board member of the YMCA, Yorba Linda Civic Light Opera, and Yorba Linda Heritage Museum. He is also a past board member of Placentia-Linda Hospital.

Director Armstrong holds a degree in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic University.
