Phil Hawkins

Director Phil Hawkins was first appointed to the Board in February of 2010. In November of that year, he was elected to serve a full term. Previously, Mr. Hawkins was a member of the YLWD Citizens Advisory Committee.

He is the Executive Vice President for the Pacific West Association of Realtors.  Mr. Hawkins has also served on the City of Yorba Linda’s Blue Ribbon Committee and has coached Little League Baseball and JUSA Soccer.

Director Hawkins holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
