Human Resources manages all aspects of the District’s human resources functions including

• Employee Relations and Management Programs
  planning, directing, organizing and implementing comprehensive district-wide human resources, labor and employee relations management programs
• Centralized Human Resources Functions
  complex analytical tasks in support of a centralized human resource function in the areas of recruitment, selection, employment, classification, compensation, employee and labor relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action and diversity, training, workers’ compensation and benefits.
