Operations
The Operations Department is responsible for maintaining the water storage and distribution system, the sewer collection system and the well water production system.
Department activities include:
- Water Production
operates wells and booster stations, obtains imported water from the regional supplier, and maintains the computerized telemetry system - Water System Maintenance
maintains fire hydrants, water meters, repairs water pipelines and valves and performs facilities maintenance - Sewer System Maintenance
cleans and repairs sewer pipelines and one sewer lift station - Mechanical Services
maintains the District’s fleet of maintenance trucks and other vehicles, heavy equipment, booster pump engines and other motorized equipment.
