Bill Payment Options

YLWD offers several ways to pay your water bill.

• In Person
  Water bill payments may be made at Yorba Linda Water District's office located at 1717 E. Miraloma Avenue, Placentia.  For your convenience we have a drive-up window and handicap parking available. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
  
  For payments after hours or on weekends and holidays, a drop-box is conveniently located in the parking lot at the Yorba Linda Water District office. Payments received in the drop box will be processed on the next business day. Please do not leave cash in the drop box.

• Electronic
  Yorba Linda Water District customers may have their water bills paid by direct debit from their checking account each month. There is no charge from YLWD for this service. Call customer service at (714) 701-3000 to request an Auto-Pay enrollment form, or print one yourself.
• Other Electronic Payment Options
  If your financial institution offers either pay-by-phone or computer-based home banking, you have the option of paying your YLWD bill through most of these electronic services. For information on availability of pay-by-phone or computer-based home banking, contact your financial institution. There is no need to sign up with YLWD for either of these electronic payment options. YLWD does not charge for these services. Some banking institutions, however, do charge a fee.
• By Mail
  Mail your water bill payment stub along with your check in the courtesy reply envelope provided with your bill. If the envelope is missing, the payment address is:

• By Fax & Credit Card
  You can fax your water bill payment. Provide your credit card information on the payment stub along with your signature. Our fax number is 714-701-0413.
