Phil Hawkins

Director Hawkins was first appointed to the Board in February 2010. In November of that year, he was elected to the Board. Previously, Director Hawkins was a member of the District’s Citizens Advisory Committee.

Director Hawkins is Chief Executive Officer for the Pacific West Association of Realtors which is the largest local association in the State of California and one of the largest in the nation. Director Hawkins has also served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Tax Payers Association since 2011. Director Hawkins has lived in Yorba Linda since 2001 and he and his wife Alissa have three children attending Yorba Linda High School and Travis Ranch Elementary. He has also coached Little League Baseball and JUSA Soccer. Director Hawkins holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
