This project consists of extending the existing sewer to provide sewer services to a new Senior Living Facility and the adjacent homeowners along Lakeview Ave.

Project priorities include:

• Construction of new sewer manholes.
• Construction of approx. 680 linear feet of new 8-inch sewer main.

The project is located in the City of Yorba Linda between Timberlane Dr. and Mariposa Ave.

Estimated project completion early Summer 2021.
