Saving Water with YLWD

We Appreciate All You Do to Save Water
Thank you! For all we’ve been through these many years of intermittent drought, the Yorba Linda Water District (YLWD) extends its heartfelt thanks to all of you who worked to conserve water. When the seemingly impossible was asked of you — that you conserve water at the height of the last drought — you not only met the goal, you exceeded it!
Did you Know?
Most residential water use comes from outdoor uses, such as landscaping and cleaning sidewalks and driveways. Reducing landscape watering time, watering only after 6 p.m. and before 9 a.m., replacing lawns with drought-tolerant landscaping, and using brooms instead of hoses to clean off driveways are ways to help save water.LATEST DROUGHT NEWS
