Board Meetings & Agendas

Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors’ regular meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 8:30 AM. Special meetings and committee meetings are called as needed.  Members of the public are invited to attend all Board and Committee meetings, which are held at the District’s Administration building at 1717 East Miraloma Avenue in Placentia unless otherwise noted on the agenda. Public Comment

If you wish to address the Board of Directors or Committee members during a meeting, you may do so during the Public Comments section on the agenda or when the item is considered. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes and matters within the jurisdiction of the District. No action will be taken on items not listed on the agenda.

Meeting Agendas

Meeting agendas are posted here and at the District’s Administration building a minimum of 72 hours in advance for regular meetings and 24 hours for special meetings. Historical agenda packets, meeting minutes, ordinances, and resolutions can be viewed using Laserfiche.  If you have questions regarding participation, please call the Board Secretary at 714-701-3020.
