YLWD is seeking proposals from qualified firms for independent project management services to implement a new Financial and Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The District requires a firm experienced in evaluating ERP software vendors and offering valuable input during procurement and implementation.

This report covers water quality testing from January 2025 to December 2025, unless otherwise specified.
