NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO HAVE CERTAIN CAPITAL (FINANCE) CHARGES (CFC) COLLECTED
ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 TAX ROLL

Notice is hereby given that a written report has been prepared and filed with the Yorba Linda Water District’s Board Secretary containing a description of parcels of real property within the District receiving water service and the amount of the capital (finance) charge for each parcel for Fiscal Year 2026-27, computed in conformance with the charges prescribed by Resolution No. 2026-03. The Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on this report and the District’s intention to collect these capital (finance) charges on the Fiscal Year 2026-27 tax roll at the District’s Admin Building at 1717 E Miraloma Ave, Placentia CA 92870, on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 8:30 AM or soon thereafter. At that time, the Board will hear and consider all objections or protests, if any, to the report. If the Board finds that protest is made by a majority of the parcel owners in the report, then the report will not be adopted, and these charges will be collected separately from the tax roll. Parcel owners listed in the report may file a written protest prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. Any written protest must include the name of the property owner, physical address or assessor’s parcel number of the affected property, a statement of protest against the proposed collection of these capital (finance) charges on the Fiscal Year 2026-27 tax roll, and an original signature of the property owner. Protests may be hand-delivered or mailed to the address above to the Board Secretary’s attention. NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE

ADOPTING WATER DEVELOPMENT AND
CUSTOMER SERVICE FEES

Notice is hereby given that at its meeting held June 11, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District adopted an Ordinance entitled: Ordinance No. 2026-02 Ordinance of The Board of Directors of The Yorba Linda Water District Adopting Water Development and Customer Service Fees. This Ordinance adopts new fees and penalties related to Water Development and Customer Service fees. The fees collected pursuant to this Ordinance shall be used to fund costs necessitated by the services provided by the District. The complete text of the adopted Ordinance is posted and may be read at the District’s offices located at 1717 E Miraloma Ave, Placentia CA 92870, or on the District’s website linked below. This Ordinance was adopted by the Board of Directors of the Yorba Linda Water District at a regular meeting thereof on the 11th day of June, 2026 by the following vote: AYES: Directors Barbre, Desroches, Hernandez, Lindsey, Scott; NOES: None; ABSTAIN: None; ABSENT: None. AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO HAVE CERTAIN SEWER MAINTENANCE CHARGES (SMC) COLLECTED ON THE
FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 TAX ROLL

Notice is hereby given that a written report has been prepared and filed with the Yorba Linda Water District’s Board Secretary containing a description of certain parcels of real property that (1) receive sewer service only and do not receive a water bill, or (2) receive water and sewer service and do not receive a sewer bill, and the amount of the sewer maintenance charge for each parcel for Fiscal Year 2026-27, computed in conformance with the charges prescribed by Resolution No. 2026-04. The Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on this report and the District’s intention to collect these sewer maintenance charges on the Fiscal Year 2026-27 tax roll at the District’s Admin Building at 1717 E Miraloma Ave, Placentia CA 92870, on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 8:30 AM or soon thereafter. At that time, the Board will hear and consider all objections or protests, if any, to the report. The fees collected pursuant to this Ordinance shall be used to fund costs necessitated by the services provided by the District.
