This is a tool to help customers estimate their monthly bill amounts. Start by selecting which “Customer Type” is applicable to you. The rates are different for single/multi-family residential customers and commercial customers. Your actual monthly bill will vary based on actual meter size, number of days in the billing cycle, and units (CCF) of water used.
Capital Finance Charge is billed separately through your annual property tax bill.
The average monthly single-family household water use is 17 CCF. Please see your bill for your appropriate CCF usage. Water use may be lower in winter, higher in summer. YLWD measures consumption in Hundred Cubic Feet (CCF). 1 CCF = 748 Gallons.
