On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Yorba Linda Water District crews were notified of a major water main break on Rose Drive just after 2:00 p.m. YLWD crews responded immediately and began emergency repair operations to isolate and repair the damaged water line as quickly and safely as possible.

Throughout the incident, YLWD staff, including members of the Operations Team and Executive Management, remained on site and engaged directly with residents impacted by the water main break. Water service was fully restored at 10:00 p.m. We appreciate our customers’ patience and cooperation.
