The Yorba Linda Water District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide independent project management services for the procurement, contracting, implementation, and successful deployment of a new Financial and Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The District is seeking an experienced firm with in-depth knowledge and skill to appropriately evaluate ERP software vendors and provide meaningful input during the procurement and implementation of the ERP system.
