YLWD is giving away free toilet dye tablets to customers!
Come to our YLWD headquarters (1717 E. Miraloma Ave, Placentia, 92870), where we will be giving out free toilet dye tablets all week long for Fix a Leak Week. Wondering how to use them? It’s easy!
1. Remove the toilet tank lid and place the dye tablet in the water.
2. Put the toilet tank lid back on and let it sit for 20 minutes. DO NOT FLUSH!
3. If the blue color leaks into the toilet bowl, you have a leak!
4. If the color does NOT appear you do NOT have a leak!

Where to find leaks around your home
When looking for leaks at your home, check for pooling water or the sound of running water:
- Under the sink
- At the faucet
- Showerheads
- Under the water heater tank
- Under appliances (clothes washers & dryers, or other kitchen appliances)
