Notice is hereby given that Phil Hawkins resigned from the office of Director effective Tuesday, November 12, 2024 creating a vacancy on the Yorba Linda Water District’s Board of Directors. The remaining members of the Board intend to fill the vacancy by appointing a successor during a public meeting scheduled after December 3, 2024.

The Orange County Water Association’s (OCWA) Emerging Professionals visited YLWD for an informative tour and a discussion on PFAS removal and its associated challenges, followed by an inspiring message on leadership.

On Wednesday, September 4th, YLWD’s contractor will be conducting improvements at the Timber Ridge Booster Pump Station located at 3727 Fairmont Blvd. in Yorba Linda and will need to shut off the water to several neighborhoods beginning at 7:00 a.m.

The Yorba Linda Water District is pleased to announce the upgrade of its revenue bond rating and Issuer Default Rating (IDR) from ‘AA+’ to ‘AAA’ by Fitch Ratings, a remarkable accomplishment for YLWD, placing it at the highest level on Fitch’s rating scale.
